New Code of Practice for article level metrics.
COUNTER (Counting Online Usage of Networked Electronic Resources0) is an organsitation that endeavours to establish standards for counting usage across platforms and publishers. More and more publishers are becoming COUNTER compliant. COUNTER has just published its Code of Practice for counting article level usage.
